HARTFORD, Conn. (AP and WTIC-AM) _ The finance director of Connecticut House Speaker Christopher Donovan?s campaign for Congress has been charged with conspiring with others to conceal the source of $20,000 in campaign contributions.

Federal prosecutors on Thursday announced that 33-year-old Robert Braddock Jr. of Meriden was charged Wednesday in an alleged conspiracy to accept ?conduit? campaign contributions, which are donations made by one person in the name of another person.

Authorities say Braddock is finance director for a congressional candidate they won?t name, but Donovan?s campaign records show Braddock works for him.

Prosecutors allege Braddock and unnamed co-conspirators arranged two $10,000 payments, each broken up into $2500 donations, and funneled through four through other contributors to Donovan?s campaign for the 5th District seat in connection with proposed legislation this year.

Federal authorities recorded phone conversations, as they conducted an apparent sting operation, in which an undercover agent posed as a smoke shop owner who wanted to make illegal campaign contributions to House speaker Donovan?s congressional campaign.

In one conversation, an unnamed conspirator said ?Last time one of these [expletive] drug addicts? bounced a check, even though we put the [expletive] money right in their hand.?

Braddock said he would stay on top of it.

The conspirator said ?I don?t want to look like an idiot in front of my future congressman.?

He was referring to Donovan.

Frank J. Riccio II, Braddock?s lawyer, said his client is innocent and the evidence will prove it.

?I am cooperating fully with the investigation, which is on-going, as is my campaign,? Donovan said in a written statement from his campaign. ?The campaign employees allegedly involved have been terminated, and the leadership of the campaign has changed.

?Tom Swan is joining the campaign, as campaign manager, effective immediately,? Donovan wrote.

Swan is the executive director of the Connecticut Citizen Action Group. He previously worked as campaign manager for Ned Lamont, in a failed 2006 senate bid.

?The buck stops with the candidate,? said 5th District Republican Congressional Candidate Andrew Roraback.

Roraback said he wants to know if the Democratic candidate knew about the activity.

?The candidate has a responsibility to make sure that people who are working to raise funds are always doing so consistent with both the letter and the spirit of the law.?

Roraback said he does not know why the roll-your-own bill never came up for a vote in the House.

?The speaker exercises absolute control over the calendar in the House of Representatives,? Roraback said. ?If the speaker does not wish for a bill to be called, the bill is not called [for a vote].?

As the top Senate Republican on the Finance Committee which handled the roll-your-own tobacco bill, Roraback opposed the measure. He says he never asked for ? and never received ? any campaign contributions connected to the bill.

?These are very serious allegations that we expect will be thoroughly investigated,? said rival Democratic fifth district candidate Elizabeth Esty Campaign spokesperson Jeb Fain.

Donovan didn?t immediately return a message. A phone number for Braddock wasn?t immediately available.

Ethernet Over Fiber Can Increase Business Productivity

t is now an proven fact that each one companies which have a imaginative and prescient and mission geared at success should have Ethernet over fiber. All that talk about Fiber optic cable being the proverbial ?pot of gold? of the IT future is true however there has by no means been a time when Ethernet was wanted more than it is now. Internet speeds need to turn into faster now, not later.

Telecom companies and businesses which might be reliant on them have for a long time relied on copper connections. This often begins with putting in the binder cable on the building building stage. The a number of pairs of twisted copper present a telephone service that?s multiline and which has for a long time been the basic type for businesses. Another excuse why many individuals prefer copper pairs is as a result of they can be used for digital trunking in PBX systems and point to level linking of businesses. Many individuals have due to this fact gotten used to the concept of utilizing this as the way to get infrastructure for his or her companies they usually have no idea every other way.

The way forward for Ethernet of fiber

Instances have modified and altered drastically with regard to broadband companies and obtain speeds. The best way to grasp that is by sampling a few of what shoppers are now going for. The two megabits per second downloads are a factor of a very previous past. At the very least, a client calls for 6 mbps and many need the 50mbps download speeds. These speeds are now attainable due to the DOCSIS 3.0modem.

You can hire efficient virtual assistants at Myoutdesk.com.

Very excessive web speeds are the future. This is maybe the explanation why there may be desire for everyone to upgrade their current bandwidth. Increased bandwidth comes with better applications which can be used for businesses and which means that the world is headed for higher audio and video functions with Ethernet over fiber services. It is nearly wishful thinking to work at these speeds with out the fiber connections. In specific situations Ethernet over fiber can go up to 50 megabits per second. The great thing with Ethernet providers is that they aren?t location specific. They?ll work anywhere.

The price of Ethernet services

Ethernet over fiber is unquestionably the business solution that everybody needs to go for and this is not with out reason. It is an extremely price-effective enterprise solution. It?s far more costly than the T1 lines particularly when considered on a per megabit basis. One can start at a median velocity and slowly build up supplied the mechanism can face up to higher speeds.

Glennon Melton: Putting My Kids To Bed: A Game Of Whack-A-Mole

I let Craig handle last night's round of "Whack-a- Mole" (bedtime) and settled into the couch at 7:45. It's like my victory lap -- that couch settling.

Day is done, gone the son, gone the girls and the the fights and the whiiiiines. All is calm -- Bravo ooooon -- sleep is nigh....

One of the myriad problems with this parenting gig is that they save the hardest part for last. BEDTIME. Bedtime should be in the morning -- when we're fresh and kind and sweet -- and decent parenting still seems like a very real possibility. But no, the hardest parts -- dinner and baths and bedtime -- arrive at the end of the day, when we have nothing left. When the truth is, we are counting the minutes. Counting the moments until no one is the boss of us anymore. Until we can sink into that couch, book, Internet, or glass of wine -- whatever our victory lap includes.

It doesn't help that in our mommy minds, we have this idea that bedtime is supposed to be the most peaceful, loving time of day. That we are supposed to send our lovies off to dream land with songs, stories, soft, sweet voices and strokes of their cherubic heads. Sometimes bedtime happens this way for us. Not often.

Each of our kids gets a story at bedtime. They never pick a good one, they pick the longest one.

And the little one wants to "help read" her book. So, let's see. It takes her about six minutes to sound out each word, and so if the book is one hundred words, well, I don't specialize in math but I am telling you that I am stuck in that room FOREVER. It feels like I will be reading that book with Amma until I die. And I know I'm supposed to be supporting her reading. I mean it's good -- this is good stuff, this wanting to read. I was a reading teacher, I know this is GOOD stuff about which I am supposed to be excited. But for me, exhaustion trumps excitement every single time. And I can't help but notice that the ONLY TIME SHE CARES THIS MUCH ABOUT READING IT HERSELF IS AT BEDTIME. When she can hold me hostage and stay up six minutes later with every sounded-out-word. And so while I'm supposed to be thinking sweet thoughts, all I can think is: OH MY GOD. I AM GOING TO DIE. JUST JUMP RIGHT OUT OF MY SKIN. YOU SUCK AT READING. YOU SUCK YOU SUCK YOU SUCK. PLEASE GOD. PLEASE MAKE THIS BOOK..just..just ...DISAPPEAR so I can take my victory lap. I DESERVE MY VICTORY LAP!

But No. Nope. No help from above. So it goes on. And on. "S....o.......soooooooooo t-h- e....tuuuuu---huuuuuu---eeeeeeeeee?" says Amma. I am held hostage for 45 minutes. When she is finally done. I decide that after that debacle there is NO WAY that the universe also expects me to sing the "song" that is also part of her "bedtime routine." I say goodnight and pray she'll forget.

But they never forget. They pretend to forget ONLY so that they have another excuse to pop out of their rooms and remind you of what you forgot.

So three minutes later, when I think I'm in the clear, here comes my littlest mole. "You forgot my song," she says. And I stare at her for a long second and admit to myself two things.

1. She is unbelievably cute and precious and one day I will miss these visits, especially when she starts sneaking out of her room to party with her friends instead of to find me to sing to her.

2. Doesn't matter. I'm going to lose it.

And so I sing her song. But I sing it like an insane person. Eyes wide, teeth clenched, just a little too loud. No sweetness. Like a robot. "You. Are. My. Sun. SHINE. My. Only. Sun. SHINE." I sing it like there are implied curse words between every lyric.

She gets it. She finally goes to sleep. They know when mommy's done. It's not pretty, but it's effective. And often that's the best I can do.

So last night as I waited for Craig to whack the last mole -- I half listened to the bedroom doors re-open and the typical mole-y excuses -- "I can't sleep because my elbow hurts!" "I need ICE COLD water, not reg-a-lar water" "My closet doors are open." "There's an elephant shadow on my window." Whack- Whack-Whack- Whack. Nothing new. The moles are not too creative tonight, I thought. But then, I hear a door open and one appears to say to poor Craig- mallet in hand -- sitting against the wall in the hallway -- "I can't sleep because my finger smells because I keep scratching my bottom."

Hmm. Not bad, I thought, and I giggled, because it's funny when it's not your turn. Craig says, "Okay. Go wash your hand." I hear the water run, hallway waddling, child returns to her room. Two minutes later, door re-opens, child-mole re-appears. "My finger still...." "GO WASH YOUR HAND AGAIN," Craig says with that very even, controlled tone that indicates the Whack -a-Mole machine is about to BUST. Water starts, child- mole slowly creeps back to her room. A minute later, door re-opens. Mole child says, "My finger still..." THEN STOP SCRATCHING YOUR BUTT. AND STOP SMELLING YOUR FINGER! OR PUT IT UNDER YOUR PILLOW. HOLD YOUR BREATH. WHATEVER IT TAKES. JUST GO. TO. SLEEP!

Mole child gets it. She is out of quarters. Daddy's broke. Machine is done for the day.

No more doors open.

Craig comes downstairs.

He joins me with tea and "Mad Men" for our victory lap. He's asleep within 10 minutes.

Popular Forum Traffic Planet Uncovers Negative SEO, the Dark ...

London, UK -- (SBWIRE) -- 05/31/2012 -- Millions of businesses who operate within the online space rely on one company for the clear majority of their traffic; Google. With what could almost be described as a monopoly on internet search, Google is unassailable within the market ? and they hold the lives of millions of businesses in the palm of their hands.

Recently, conversation across the web has turned to various algorithmic updates on the part of the search giant. Having their origin with the much-hyped ?Panda? update in February last year, the changes Google have recently made to their algorithm were ostensibly aimed at reducing the rank of so-called ?low-quality? sites while ensuring highly relevant sites of good quality were returned to the top of the rankings.

Due to a group of savvy users of popular internet marketing forum Traffic Planet, however, a dark side to the new changes has been revealed, and it?s turned the world of SEO on its head.

The idea of Negative SEO is relatively straightforward. Unlike traditional SEO in which the goal of the exercise is to improve the search rankings of site, Negative SEO is strikingly different. By targeting a competitor, it was theoretically possible for aggressive marketers to force websites down in search engine rankings. Well, it?s theory no more. Due to case studies conducted by Traffic Planet members recently, it?s been proven that Negative SEO is alive and well. It also may be that Google?s algorithmic changes are, in fact, the real culprit.

As an example of the results Traffic Planet members were able to achieve, one should look no further than a website owned by popular SEO industry figure Dan Thies. After a month of activity, a sustained Negative SEO campaign demonstrated some alarming results, with the rankings of three of his most prominent keywords significantly reduced. One keyword was confirmed to have dropped over a thousand spots.

Internet-reliant businesses are, of course, up in arms. While the way in which Google has cornered the search market over recent years has, for the most part, seemed benign, the issues surrounding a monopoly in this huge sector within the global economy are now finally coming to the fore. If the results demonstrated on the Traffic Planet forums begin to be widely replicated within the internet marketing industry, the whole sector may be in for a very rough ride indeed.

Terry Kyle, founder of Traffic Planet and a prominent figure within the SEO community doesn?t mince words on how ? or why ? it?s possible that Google?s own algorithm may be responsible for the advent of Negative SEO. ?Google is an advertising business, not a search business. Search just happens to be their delivery platform ? and it?s an effective one.? The SEO expert goes on to explain that, while seemingly unsavoury, the practice of Negative SEO might actually work to Google?s favour, something which would explain why the practice has been pointedly ignored by the search giant thusfar. While Google rankings remain fluid and unpredictable, it could be said that safer advertising investments would be, unsurprisingly, Google?s own Adwords paid advertisement platform. The idea that Google could be offering tacit approval for Negative SEO is alarming, to say the least.

As businesses rightly show concern for the implications of Negative SEO, the most troubling of which would involve a competitors marketing budget being redirected towards aggressive attempts to lower a business?s search ranking, questions continue to be asked about the role of Google in ensuring the viability of ethical internet marketing as well as their responsibility to safeguard the livelihood of the millions of legitimate, hardworking online businesses all over the globe. While the internet owes Traffic Planet a great deal of gratitude for uncovering this shocking development, only time will tell if the chilling potential of Negative SEO will be addressed sufficiently by Google to ease the minds of business owners everywhere.

Small businesses say no to health care tax credit

(AP) ? When Josh King heard that small businesses could get a tax credit for offering health insurance to employees, his reaction was, "cool, that'll save us some money."

Then he looked at the not-so-fine print. The 23 employees of Avvo Inc., a website that provides legal, medical and dental advice, makes too much money for the company to qualify for the credit.

"It was a little bit disappointing. It was a little bit more limited than I thought," says King, the general counsel for the company, which is based in Seattle.

Congress created the tax credit in 2010 as part of the overhaul of the health care system. It was intended to be an incentive for small businesses to offer health insurance. But many companies have found that they don't qualify. The cumbersome process for filing a claim to get a credit has discouraged others from even trying.

"In some cases, it's more hassle than it's worth," says Teri Gutierrez, regional sales manager for JBA Inc., an insurance broker in Raleigh, N.C. She says most of her small business clients aren't trying to get the credit.

THE RULES

King's hopes were dashed by the rule that disqualifies a company if its employees earn an average of $50,000 or more a year. That's a low wage for people in the high-tech industry, he says.

There are numerous hurdles companies must meet to qualify for the credit. Among them:

? The business should have fewer than 25 full-time employees or the equivalent of 25 full-time employees. That means, if a company has 10 full-time employees and another 10 who work half time, it has the equivalent of 15 full-time employees.

? Employees can't be owners such as sole proprietors and partners. Certain shareholders are excluded depending on the structure of the corporation and how much stock they own. They also cannot be members of the owner's extended family including spouses, parents, children, siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, step-family members and in-laws. There's no tax break for premiums paid on relatives' insurance ? and very small businesses tend to have family members on their payrolls.

? The business must pay at least half the insurance premiums for employees.

And that's just the start. The Internal Revenue Service form needed to claim the credit, Form 8941, requires a complex series of calculations. The credit, which is a maximum of 35 percent of a company's premiums, can be reduced by a number of factors including any state subsidies a company gets for its premiums. It can also be reduced if premiums are higher than the average for coverage for small businesses in your state.

"The calculations are mind-numbing," says Jeffrey Berdahl, a certified public accountant with RLB Accountants, an Allentown, Pa., accounting firm whose clients include small businesses. Berdahl says his firm, whose partners collectively have decades of experience as CPAs, had to create a spreadsheet to help determine whether clients would be able to get a credit. But he said only a handful did, and received "a nominal amount" of money back. For many, the credit was offset by the fees they had to pay their accountants.

BETTER THAN NOTHING?

Although the credit was created to encourage more small businesses to offer health insurance, buying insurance, like any other business decision, shouldn't be based solely on whether you'll get a tax break. It should have a solid business reason behind it.

Insurance is a significant expense, and more so for small businesses, simply because it costs more per employee when a company has fewer people to cover. According to a Department of Health & Human Services study in 2009, the average annual premium for an employee in a company with fewer than 10 employees was $4,982. That is a lot of money to small companies ? 83 percent of which don't offer health insurance, according to the Government Accountability Office, the investigative arm of Congress. (The average premium for companies of all sizes was $4,669).

The tax credit doesn't factor in a small company's decision to provide benefits, says Neil Crosby, a health insurance broker with Warner Pacific Insurance Services in San Diego. Crosby says many small businesses he deals with aren't aware of the credit. And many of his clients who do try to get the credit find they don't qualify.

But those who do succeed are glad to have some cash back from the government.

Matt Helbig was already providing health insurance for the eight full-time employees of his three running and walking shoe stores in the St. Louis area at cost of about $20,000 annually. He decided to try for the credit. He got back $1,900 for 2010, and $1,100 for 2011. The money came at a price ? "it took our accountant a pretty significant amount of time to put it together," says Helbig, CEO of Big River Running Co. His accountant's fee for computing the credit last year came to $700.

But Helbig is still happy: "It's definitely better than nothing."

Summer Decorations to Complement Your Bay Window

Between spring and autumn lies a season full of frolic, warmth, and sunshine. It's the perfect time for the beach, pool parties, outdoor sports, and family bonding. It's fairly obvious that we're talking about summer.

Before summer goes full blast this June and July, it would be nice to set the mood inside your home. There will be special occasions such as Father's Day, Memorial Day, and the Fourth of July that might bring guests to your house. If your residence is ventilated and brightened by bay windows, a few ornaments and minor tweaks can usher in the summer breeze and atmosphere. One of the most basic rules of decorating is decorate around a focal point in the room. Angle bay and bow windows can be used as a replacement in most large window openings. Whether you decide to get replacement bay windows or you already have lovely replacement bay windows, here are some decorations to fill your home with the summertime flair.

Summer Flowers

Who says blossoms are only for spring? There are flowers like marigolds, sunflowers, daisies, and dahlias that thrive in the summer heat and bloom until it's time for fall. Their deep and bold colors can easily brighten a gloomy-looking bay window. Fill a vase with flowers and place it on the window ledge. The light passing through the glass and alighting on the petals will make the scene picturesque.

Seashells

If you and your family enjoy collecting seashells every time you visit the beach, you can create a garland of sea gems and hang it around your bay window or any type of New Jersey window replacement for a fresh look. Let the string of shells hang lower to bring more attention to them. You can also fill jars with seashells you've collected and arrange them on the ledge.

Sea glass

Fine colors and irregular shapes of a sea glass can add more beauty to a window replacement New Jersey contractors install. Specifically for bay windows, you can display your collection of sea glass by putting them inside mason jars and setting them in a row. Make sure that your arrangement can capture the sunlight well to make a lovely reflection.

To highlight your New Jersey window replacement summer embellishments, you can add trays of sand, candle, or white sparkling lights to provide a gentle light and sentimental feel. Imagine how exquisite your little project will look like at night. If you want to read more about summer decorating ideas, you may visit voices.yahoo.com for related articles.

President Barack Obama on Wednesday congratulated Mitt Romney on securing the Republican presidential nomination, a gesture coupled with a new line of attack on the GOP challenger that portrays his economic record while governor of Massachusetts as a failure.

The president called Romney and told him "he looked forward to an important and healthy debate about America's future," Obama campaign spokesman Ben LaBolt said. Romney's campaign said the call was "brief and cordial." Both men wished each other's families well during the upcoming race.

Romney's primary win in Texas on Tuesday pushed him past the 1,144-delegate threshold he needed to claim the nomination.

Obama took the formal step of congratulating his opponent even as his team looked to shift to the Massachusetts story under Romney. In a five-page memorandum from senior Obama campaign adviser David Axelrod, the Obama camp cast Romney as poor steward of the Massachusetts economy during his 2003-2007 tenure as governor.

"When it comes to Mitt Romney and his economic philosophy the facts are clear ? it didn't work then, and it won't work now," Axelrod wrote.

Romney's campaign, meanwhile, was bringing attention to failed stimulus projects under Obama and federal money given to green energy companies like Solyndra, a solar firm that received hundreds of millions of dollars from the government only to go bankrupt.

The competing attack-lines came as Romney pivoted from a long primary slog to the Republican nomination and a new summertime window to sway voters who have not yet fully tuned into the presidential campaign. Romney hopes to present himself as a worthy replacement for Obama who can help revitalize a slow-moving economy, the most important issue for voters.

The country is "just beginning a general election, we've gone through a primary ... not a lot of people focus time on the characteristics of a new candidate like myself, and people will get to know me better. My guess is they're going to get to know more about me than they'd like to by the time we're finished," Romney said in an interview on Fox News that aired Wednesday but was taped over the weekend.

For months, Obama and his allies have signaled plans to target Romney's Massachusetts record, with advisers noting that the state's economy lagged in job creation and saw an increase in debt while he was governor. The critique builds upon a line of attack this month of Romney's record at private equity firm Bain Capital, which Obama's team contends led to job losses and bankrupt companies even while Bain profited.

"Whether companies succeeded or failed, Romney Economics netted huge profits for him and his investors, but sometimes proved devastating for the middle-class workers whose jobs, benefits and pensions were put at risk," Axelrod wrote in the memo released Wednesday.

Axelrod sought to link Romney's Bain record with his Massachusetts experience by noting that Romney ran for governor on the basis of his private-sector background. "Under Gov. Romney, the Massachusetts economy was not at the top or even in the middle, but close to the bottom of all the states," he wrote.

Republicans contend that Obama's critique of the Bain record will backfire because it will give voters the impression that he is anti-business. The focus on Obama's green energy record, including Energy Department funding for companies like Solyndra, gives Romney a chance to rebut Bain because Republicans say Obama essentially played the role of venture capitalist by investing government money in green energy companies.

On Tuesday, Romney raised money in Las Vegas with Donald Trump, the real estate mogul who has stoked doubts about whether Obama was born in America. It was the start of a weeklong push to raise millions of dollars during a West Coast trip designed to help Romney bring in as much cash as possible ahead of a ramped-up campaign schedule later this summer.

The former Massachusetts governor was looking to take advantage of his official claiming of the nomination, a triumph of endurance for a candidate who came up short four years ago and had to fight hard this year as voters flirted with a carousel of GOP rivals. According to the Associated Press count, Romney surpassed the 1,144 delegates needed to win the nomination by winning 105 delegates in the Texas primary, pushing his total to 1,191 delegates.

Romney must now fire up conservatives who still doubt him while persuading swing voters that he can do a better job fixing the nation's struggling economy than Obama. In Obama, he faces a well-funded candidate with a proven campaign team in an election that will be heavily influenced by the economy.

Romney has scheduled fundraisers this week in wealthy California enclaves like Hillsborough, near San Francisco, and Beverly Hills. He has at least one major fundraising event every day for the rest of the week, as well as a series of smaller events.

Obama has scheduled a fundraising blitz Friday in Minneapolis and Chicago.

Sir, or ma'am, I love you forever. Now, just a quick question, do we have to roleplay as countries or can we use states or etc?

WHAT IS LOVE BABY DON'T HURT ME NO MORE.

A Shinobi Death Poem

Many lives these two blades have taken,
As many as they have protected,
My blood covered lips speak no words,
As I stare into the blades reflection,

Blackness covers all I see and all I touch,
No feeling of pain just sorrow,
My hand loses grip of the sword I held,
And I turn to become a true shadow,

Like all nights the sun has set,
With darkness all around me,
Just one difference I see tonight,
The sun will not rise in the morning.

I'd take Austria if someone takes Hungary. Oh, and I'd love to reenact the Austrian War of Succession so I'd love it if someone took Prussia.

AgriLife Research study shows no yield impact, greater economic returns

VERNON Loss of production may be one concern cotton producers have on the Rolling Plains when considering switching to reduced- or no-tillage systems, said Dr. Paul DeLaune, Texas AgriLife Research environmental soil scientist in Vernon.

Not only will cotton growers not lose production with subsurface drip irrigation, their economics will improve, according to DeLaune's latest research article that will appear in the July-August issue of Agronomy Journal.

DeLaune's study on cotton production as affected by irrigation level and transitioning tillage systems was designed to identify water management strategies that conserve and protect water resources within semiarid environments.

"We found that tillage has no impact on yields, the net returns are greater and, because we can deficit irrigate, we can save energy and water," he said.

The three-year study included five irrigation regimes, from 0 percent to 133 percent of evapotranspiration replacement, and evaluated four tillage systems conventional till, reduced till, no-till and no-till with a terminated cover crop, he said. Treatments were replicated three times in a randomized complete block design.

The results showed lint yields were not affected by tillage or the interaction of tillage and evapotranspiration replacement, DeLaune said. The greatest lint yields and net returns were achieved at 100 percent evapotranspiration replacement. Optimum lint yields and net returns were achieved at 104.5 percent evapotranspiration and 102 percent evapotranspiration, respectively.

However, he said the models showed that producers could irrigate at 83 percent evapotranspiration and maintain optimum yields. The net returns where significantly higher for no-till systems compared with conventional till because of reduced labor and inputs.

"We concluded the adoption of conservation tillage systems should not negatively affect lint yield or net returns in deficit-irrigated subsurface drip irrigation cotton systems within the Rolling Plains, particularly during the transition from intensively tilled systems to conservation tilled systems."

While only 16 percent of planted cotton is irrigated in the Rolling Plains, irrigation accounts for 41 percent of the harvested cotton, DeLaune said. In such environments, it is important to determine management practices that conserve or best use water resources.
